The Check Box control TiedItem property specifies which Boolean Attribute (or other Boolean object) is to be captured by this control.
The SelectableGrey property set to True will make the item non-selectable, i.e. grey at run time.

Shortcut tip
You can use the right mouse-click menu on a List Box or Drop-down Combo Box control and select Convert to check boxes to change the whole list to a set of check boxes.
